Fast, efficient service
Recycle IT 4U will complete your collection using our own vehicles and drivers at a pre-arranged time and date. Our fleet of vehicles are not only unliveried, but they are equipped with 24 hour satellite secure tracking systems. Our drivers will be in Recycle IT 4U uniform and carry personal identification.
We offer a fast, efficient and friendly service with a simple automated collection system. To book a collection you can either use our online form or you can speak to us direct. Our collection booking telephone number is 01952 580814.
We will collect redundant PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, network products, printers, UPSs, cabling, AV equipment, projectors, Apple Mac equipment, mobile devices and more, at an agreed date and time.
Certification
A Recycle IT 4U unique order number will be allocated to your collection.
Our driver will provide you with a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note and if required, a Hazardous Waste Note, these will provide you with the confirmation that your IT equipment has been passed to Recycle IT 4U, and that the secure IT disposal service will begin.
When the vehicle has returned to our premises, your equipment will be removed and scanned. An asset equipment report will be completed in the form of a Certificate of Disposal.
All PCs, laptops and servers will have their serial numbers recorded on the Certificate of Disposal. All other items will be listed with the product and quantity.
Any waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) will have a weight recorded, in line with the Environment Agency regulations.
The Certificate of Disposal will be forwarded to you by email in PDF format, it will provide confirmation that all items have been recycled in line with WEEE regulations.
